Revolutionary Worker Newspaper

This extensive archive of current and past articles include:
The Fall of Peru's Bloody Dictator, Tales from Peru's Prisons of Torture, "Montesinos: Top CIA Hitman in Peru", The Fighting Women of Peru, the PCP and the Ashaninka Indians of the Andes, what was behind Maria Elana Moyano (a.k.a. "Mother Courage"), the PCP and the Catholic Chruch -- and dozens more.

Our brothers and sisters in Peru need our political support as they continue to battle against injustice, the US-backed campaigns of terror, and now even a sellout call for "peace negotiations" that would sacrifice the people's interests and the whole revolution.

The CSRP supports the CoRIM's March 1995 call,
"Rally to the Defence of Our Red Flag Flying in Peru!"

Introduction
An introduction to the People's War in Peru led by the Communist Party of Peru. The text of this introduction is currently being distributed by the CSRP as a leaflet entitled "Support the People's War in Peru" (March 1996).

Crimes of the US-backed Fujimori Regime
Examples of the state terrorism and US-directed counter-insurgency to combat the revolution. Also, numerous articles on the situation in Peru.

Documents of the Communist Party of Peru (PCP)
These communiqués, which include the PCP Programme, lay out strategy, ideology and vision for a new democratic society - the People's Republic of Peru.

Revolutionary Prisoners
A look inside the prisons where revolutionary POWs were held in the late '80's and early '90's and the art created in those "shining trenches of combat". Many of these POWs were killed in the ensuing massacres of prisoners. This section includes an "walk-through" picture story based on a PCP pamphlet of the "Day of Heroism". Prison conditions in Peru today are among the most deadly in the world.

Revolutionary Art
Art created by imprisoned fighters and supporters of the PCP. The materials to produce these artworks had to be smuggled into the prisons by friends and family. Many of the artists were killed in the prison massacres.

News of the People's War
Listing of selected news items, from various sources, which detail the continuing People's War in Peru. The People's War directed by the PCP continues to hold high the red flag despite Fujimori's promises to defeat it by July of 1995.

Revolutionary Internationalist Movement
In 1984, the Revolutionary Internationalist Movement (RIM) was founded, grouping together the nucleus of the Maoist revolutionaries the world over who were determined to carry forward the fight for a world without exploitation and oppression, without imperialism, a world in which the very division of society into classes will be overcome.

Women Hold Up Half the Sky
